By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
1. Nature of the Service
Chronosense is a subscription-based compliance monitoring and notification platform.
The service provides structured deadline tracking, escalation alerts, and organisational visibility tools for regulatory and platform-based obligations.
Chronosense:
Does not provide legal advice.
Is not a regulator or filing authority.
Does not file submissions on behalf of users.
Does not guarantee regulatory compliance.
Does not guarantee reimbursement recovery or financial outcomes.
Users remain solely responsible for meeting all regulatory, contractual, and platform obligations.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account.
Each subscription corresponds to one organisation. The account creator becomes the organization owner and may invite additional authorised users.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us immediately of unauthorised use of your account.
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your organization account.
3. Organizational Access & User Roles
Chronosense supports multi-user organizational accounts.
Organisation owners may invite additional users and assign roles.
Activity within the platform may be logged for audit and visibility purposes.
Chronosense is not responsible for internal delegation of compliance responsibilities within an organization.
4. Escalation & Notifications
The platform uses a structured escalation model (including informational, warning, critical, and overdue phases) to increase visibility of approaching deadlines.
The service may send:
Account-related emails
Deadline escalation emails
SMS notifications for urgent alerts
By creating an account, you consent to receiving service-related communications necessary for the operation of the platform.
While Chronosense implements notification controls and safeguards, delivery of email or SMS messages cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control (including carrier, provider, or user device issues).
Failure to receive a notification does not relieve you of responsibility for meeting applicable deadlines.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Chronosense may integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
Amazon (SP-API)
Stripe
AWS (email delivery services)
Twilio (SMS delivery)
Chronosense is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or any other third-party platform.
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Chronosense is not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party providers.
6. Subscription & Billing
Access to the platform requires an active paid subscription.
Subscriptions:
Are billed monthly.
Renew automatically unless cancelled.
Are processed securely via Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Chronosense does not store full payment card details.
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the service for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to access data belonging to another organisation.
Reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.
Interfere with system integrity or security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Data & Security
Chronosense implements administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect data within the platform.
However:
No system is completely secure.
Internet transmissions cannot be guaranteed.
Users remain responsible for protecting their own credentials.

9. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may:
Modify features.
Perform maintenance.
Suspend access for security or operational reasons.
We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Missed deadlines
Regulatory fines
Platform enforcement actions
Financial losses
Loss of reimbursement claims
Indirect or consequential damages
The platform is a monitoring and visibility tool only. Users retain full responsibility for compliance actions.
11. Termination

Subscription payments fail.
These Terms are violated.
Use of the platform creates legal or security risk.
You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
