Refund & Billing Policy

This Refund & Billing Policy explains how subscription payments are handled for Chronosense.
1. Subscription Model
Chronosense operates on a monthly subscription basis.
Each subscription corresponds to a single organisation account.
Subscriptions:
Are billed monthly.
Renew automatically.
Are processed securely via Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges until cancellation.
2. Billing Cycle
The subscription fee is charged:
At the time of initial signup.
Automatically each month on the same calendar date thereafter.
If the billing date does not exist in a given month (e.g., 31st), billing will occur on the nearest applicable date determined by Stripe.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You are responsible for managing your subscription status within your account.
Chronosense is not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation:
Access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No further charges will be made after the current billing cycle ends.
Cancellation does not result in immediate termination of access unless explicitly requested.
5. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable.
Chronosense does not provide:
Partial refunds for unused time.
Prorated refunds.
Refunds for failure to use the service.
Refunds for missed cancellation deadlines.
This policy applies unless required otherwise by applicable law.
6. Payment Failures
If a payment attempt fails:
Access to the platform may be suspended.
Chronosense may retry the payment in accordance with Stripe’s billing logic.
Continued non-payment may result in account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated:
Chronosense reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately.
Evidence of subscription authorisation and usage may be provided to the payment processor.
Users are encouraged to contact support at info@chronosenseapp.com before initiating a dispute.
8. Taxes
Subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Where required by law, applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Users are responsible for any tax obligations associated with their subscription.
9. Changes to Pricing
Chronosense reserves the right to modify subscription pricing in the future.
Any pricing changes will not apply retroactively and will be communicated in advance where required.
